The Company
Jayshree Dave � Founder and Director of Pipaltree has twenty-eight years of technical and business skills experience.
She is a creative, high energy and performance driven professional trainer and executive coach. She brings valuable experience from her role within HSBC Treasury and Capital Markets and HR Learning & Development where the team was responsible for providing training globally.
She is passionate about people development with proven ability to design and deliver programs to develop people in line with Business Goals and Strategy. Versatile with varied, diverse experience and track record, she has highly developed communications, interpersonal and networking skills.
Training Experience
Jayshree has designed and delivered a large number of programmes such as: Interviewing Skills, Personal Impact, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Sales and Marketing, Leadership Skills, Client Relationship and Culture Awareness. She also lectured "Women in Banking" at London School of Economics and at a Management Programme at INSEAD.
Concrete Experience
Jayshree has enjoyed an extensive career within the trading floor environment of HSBC Corporate and Investment Banking spanning over two decades, both in London and New York.
Managed a diverse range of clients, which have included Medium Size Companies, Multinational Corporations, Asset Managers, marketing risk management solutions to these clients using currency and interest rate derivatives.
Worked in New York, where the team successfully built a profitable multi product US Corporate client base and was appointed Deputy Head of Foreign Exchange Sales in 2001.

Jayshree has extensive management and business experience, a Professional Diploma in Management, Intermediate Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy, PRISM Practitioner, TMSDI accredited and a Fellow of the RSA
