An example:

  • Identify the need to develop the skills within a group of high potential Individuals, possibly graduates who have been with the company for two years
  • Nominate a group of people that demonstrate varying skill levels and experience, but who are all considered to have potential. Collectively you want to transform this group from clerical into the management team of the future.
  • Create a Personal Development Plan to identify skill gaps. Design a training programme spanning as appropriate (6, 9 or 12 months).
