- The App is designed to provide meditation techniques which can be used as a self-help and relaxation aid, however they are not to be considered as a replacement for any medical or psychological treatment. You acknowledge that the usage of the App does not guarantee an improvement in wellbeing.
- By using our site or the App, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and as such confirm that you do not suffer from any medical condition which would prevent you from using our App. If in doubt, please contact your GP for confirmation before using the App.
- You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that any meditation you undertake is at your own risk.
- Use of the App requires your full concentration and therefore under no circumstances should the App be used whilst you are driving, cycling or operating any other vehicle or machinery.
- The App is only available to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
